Bick Insurance Consultants is an independent insurance firm providing insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses in South Florida for over 30 years. As a former practicing attorney, Mario believes in representing his client first and foremost. His legal and financial background uniquely allows him to plan and communicate with other trusted advisors such as tax attorneys, estate planning attorneys, accountants, and human resource executives. As an independent agent, he is able to utilize the latest concepts and products in the industry to customize an insurance portfolio to meet the needs of every client. Yoni Bick graduated from Florida State University in 2018 with a degree in information technology. He strives to provide the best, unbiased advice to his clients at the highest level of service. Educating the client is the cornerstone of his practice.
Yoni is a two-time Marketplace Circle of Champions award winner, the treasurer of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, the current president of BNI World Class in Deerfield Beach, and their two-time notable networker. He is also an avid golfer, traveler, and self-proclaimed minimalist.

Noah Bick graduated from the University of Florida in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration. During his time at Florida Noah was a Bright Futures Academic Scholars recipient and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Noah is passionate about providing his clients with honest and expert advice so they can make informed decisions when it comes to their insurance needs.
Noah was a Marketplace Circle of Champions award winner in 2022, holds the seat of Quality Assurance Specialist on the Membership Committee for BNI Next Level, and was recognized as a top young agent in the industry. Noah enjoys traveling, working out, and trying new foods in his free time.
